How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

UPS orders ship out M-F. USPS orders ship out M, W & F. Some orders, at our discretion, can take longer to ship including large or suspicious orders. We do not guarantee that orders will arrive in the estimated times listed below or in our shopping cart software. These are estimates not guarantees.

My Order Has Not Arrived In The Estimated Time - What Should I Do?

We do not guarantee that orders will arrive in the estimated times. If you selected a UPS shipping method you should have received an email with your tracking #. Use that tracking number to check with UPS to see when your package will arrive. If you selected USPS First Class, these orders cannot be tracked. If your order has exceeded the delivery estimate by 3 business days, please contact us.

Canadian Taxes

Canada Customs charges taxes (GST or HST) on goods valued at $20 CAD or more. Taxes are about 5-13% (depending on the province destination). A $5 to $8 'handling' fee is also added when an item is taxed. When taxes are charged, Customs sticks a taxes-owing form on the box and the box is held by the Post Office as a COD. Recipient pays the tax/handling when the package is retrieved. Because Customs cannot check every box, orders valued over $20 CAD often get through with no charge - it's a hit-or-miss situation.

How Do You Calculate Shipping Charges?

We do not guarantee that the cost of shipping will match the actual shipping cost.

We use USPS's and UPS's tools to estimate shipping charges plus we add a nominal fee to cover handling and packaging.

Actual shipping costs may be greater or less than the amount we charge for shipping. Our shipping system has to handle shipping to all parts of the USA and Canada as well as be able to handle shipping via multiple classes of mail.

What Happens With Refused Orders?

When the product is returned to us by the carrier, you will be refunded the price of the products shipped minus:

Original shipping fees
Return shipping fees charged by the carrier
Unpaid customs broker fees charged by UPS for importing into Canada. If you refuse an order and do not pay the UPS customs broker fees we will have to pay these UPS customs broker fees as well as return shipping fees in order to have the package sent back to us by UPS and we will deduct both of these amounts as well as the initial shipping charge from any refund. In most cases it will cost the same or more to refuse an order in Canada as it will cost you to pay the customs fees to receive the order.

We will not re-ship the order unless you pay for the additional shipping charges.

What Happens If I Shipped My Order To The Wrong Address?

When the product is returned to us by the carrier, you will be refunded the price of the products shipped. We do not refund shipping costs for wrong addresses. We will not re-ship the order to the correct address unless you pay for the additional shipping charges. If you shipped via UPS and you want to change your orders destination address while the package is en-route we can do that for a $15 fee.

What Type Of Payments Do You Accept?

We accept major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. When you get ready to checkout, you can choose your payment option. Credit charges appear as "Up High Ent LLC"

We also accept PayPal payments. You can pay by credit card by using funds in your Paypal account. Place your order using our shopping cart and select Paypal as the payment method. You will be taken to the Paypal web site and asked to enter payment information. Note: When you use Paypal to pay with an eCheck payment, your order will not ship until the eCheck payment clears and the funds are deposited into our Paypal account (usually 4 business days).

What Is Your Return Policy?

Returns are allowed for 15 days after purchase, as long as the product is in the original condition and has not been used (see exclusions below). Before returning any merchandise, e-mail us to get the return address.

No returns on acid reflux pillows (Tucker Sling/Wedge, AR Pillow, AR Pillow Delux)
No returns on infant consumables including: gripe water, gas drops, baby formula, etc.
No returns on opened CDs, DVDs or Videos
We do not pay for return shipping
We do not refund shipping costs
All returns must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
